I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to grow, develop and feel fulfilled through their working / professional lives - given the proportion of time we spend working, it would be a shame if we didn’t feel a sense of growth or purpose through those times.

Reaching each of our personal and professional goals mean striving for your potential - and this will look quite individual for each of us.

Such fulfilment can come through getting the most out of your current working environment, or it could mean moving roles within or outside of your current organisation. After all we all need to feel that oomph in our working lives!

My simple aim through KaizenBayu is to try and help you unlock and reach your own potential. Be it through some professional career advice or even career change advice, I hope I can be of some help in your journey!

I hope to do that by sharing my own experiences and my journey to date. I have benefitted hugely from a number of mentors sharing their highs and lows with me - and I hope that I can give back some of my own learnings in return.
